What is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach?

National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWCs) are credentialed members of the healthcare industry who serve as behavior change agents and are trained to the highest standard in the profession.

What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy:
We want every client to feel supported in their decision to join Afiya Alliance Coaching.
Because coaching is a co-created process and results depend on individual participation, all sales are generally final.
However, we understand that personal circumstances vary.
To honor that:
Refunds may be granted solely at the Coach’s discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
This means:
- Refunds are not guaranteed
- Refunds are not automatic
- Refunds are offered only when the Coach determines it is appropriate
- Refund requests must be emailed to admin@liveafiya.com
We review each request individually and make decisions with fairness and integrity.
Digital Products:
All digital products—including PDFs, templates, downloads, and online resources—are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
Payment Plans:
If you choose a payment plan:
- All scheduled installments must be completed
- Payments remain owed even if you stop participating
- Chargebacks are not permitted
- Any attempt to dispute a payment without following our process is considered a violation of this policy.
Workshops & Group Programs:
- Because group programs deliver immediate value, no refunds are provided unless offered at the Coach’s discretion.

- Date of purchase
- Reason for the request
